Welcome! We are the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). Throughout the year, Chesterbrook Academy holds events and fundraisers in support of the students, teachers, and parents. We, the PAC, support many aspects of these events and are a great asset to our school. Membership is free to all parents and involvement is a great way to meet other families!
PAC meetings are held monthly on Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 8pm, via Zoom. During the meeting we plan events, discuss volunteer opportunities, and review the results of prior events. To learn more or to attend a meeting, please contact cbapacpresident@gmail.com.
Below are just a few of the many fundraising events and activities that the PAC hosts during the school year. You can find out more information about these events by attending our monthly meeting or sending an email to cbapacpresident@gmail.com.
Spirit Nights Bring your family out to enjoy a meal with other CBA families. Past locations have included but are not limited to Applebee’s, Chick-Fil-A, Red Robin, Ram’s Head, and more! Each of these restaurants donate a percentage of your order straight back to the PAC.
Spring Fling This is the largest event and fundraiser of the year for the PAC, and every child wins a prize! Each class selects a theme and creates a classroom raffle basket. Parents, teachers, and businesses donate items for the raffle and/or silent auction. Raffle prizes in the past have included Principal for the day, CBA tuition, Lego baskets, restaurant gift cards, and much more! The Silent Auction has featured Eagles, Phillies and tennis tickets, an iPad Mini, gym equipment, an island vacation, and more!
New-To-You Uniform Sale Come by the school and take advantage of huge savings on your child’s uniform needs. Purchases are on a first come, first serve basis and inventory moves quickly. This is an ongoing event that will continue throughout the year.
Box Tops Now easier than ever, collecting box tops has gone digital. Simply scan and earn! Each digital Box Top label is worth 10 cents and they add up fast! Each year the PAC runs a competition among each of the classrooms and offer prizes for the individual or class that collects the most. Prizes have ranged from a gift card to a classroom party.
