Lunch Information
Chesterbrook Academy Elementary in West Chester offers an optional lunch program for purchase at $7 per day. All meals come with a fruit or veggie and milk. We issue a menu each month. We also offer the option to participate in Pizza Fridays. Your purchase includes unlimited pizza, a veggie or fruit, and milk. Of course, students are always welcome to bring a peanut-free brown bag lunch.

Volunteer & Chaperone Handbook, Policy and Application
All family members who wish to serve as a chaperone on field trips are required to undergo background checks. Additionally, a signature is required on the Volunteer Handbook Acknowledgement and Waiver, along with a completed Volunteer Application.
Please review the policy and return the required forms, along with the clearances listed below, in order to volunteer or serve as a chaperone on a field trip.
Required clearances for all prospective volunteers and chaperones:
- Report of criminal history from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP)
- Child Abuse History Clearance from the Department of Human Services (Child Abuse)
- DHS fingerprint-based Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Background Check (DHS FBI) (Attached is the Service Code)
