Hello, families!

Summer is upon us! Our school year is coming to an end.  The children in our Infant-Pre-K classrooms continue their learning all summer long!  Our Links to Learning curriculum is year round.  But we still get to enjoy some extra fun in the summer!  Our students are excited to begin water play outside!  We also have some exciting days coming up!   Those of you who have the Links to Home app for your smart phone will receive reminders for some of the special days.

We will also be welcoming our school age summer campers back!  They will have lots of fun this summer!  Field trips, projects, visitors, and even some learning!!! (Don’t tell them, they think they are having fun!)

This is a bittersweet time of the year.  Some children will be graduating and moving on to elementary school.  We will miss them and wish everyone the best as they move on!  Be sure to stop in and visit some time!!

• 3rd: Year End Picnic: We will enjoy a picnic lunch outside
• 7th: Kindergarten Graduation at 4:30
• 8th: Best Friend’s Day
• 10th: “Where the Wild Things Are” Day: Dress as a “Wild Thing” in honor of Maurice Sendak’s Birthday
• 13th: Water Play Begins this week: See your child’s teacher to find out what day is water play
• 14th: Flag Day
• 16th: Fresh Veggies Day: Bring in your favorite veggie and we will make something to share
• 17th: Fun with Fathers: All Dad’s are invited to join us for some fun in your honor
• 17th: Photo Booth Fun: We will have a photo booth available for fun picture taking
• 20th: A Magician is coming to CBA
• 21st: An Icecream Truck is coming to CBA: $1 and $2 menus are available
• 23rd: National Pink Day: Wear pink today
• 24th: Baseball Friday: Wear your team colors or gear
• 27th: Lazy Monday: Wear PJs today
• 28th: Icecream Truck is coming to CBA: $1 and $2 menus are available
• 28th: Sunglasses Day: Wear your shades today
• 29th: International Mud Day

Reminders

• Please be sure to wash your child’s hands upon entry into the classroom.  We want to do our best to keep germs at bay!
• Please be sure all schedule changes have been approved by the office.
• Please sign your child in and out each day; the sheets are located in the foyer outside of the office.
• Please do not leave your vehicles running while you are inside the building.
