Dear Families,
Summer camp is in full swing throughout our school. Our students have been so busy exploring and having fun while learning and developing friendships. Our students have enjoyed visits from Kona Ice, Tumble Bus, Bricks 4 Kidz, and Patch’s Playhouse Pottery. We look forward to many more exciting in house field trips and activities this summer!
On July 4th our school will be closed in celebration of Independence Day. Our students will be learning all about American Symbols leading up to this day. We invite you to dress your child in red, white, and blue on Monday, July 3rd.
Each summer, we participate in a service initiative to give back to communities in need. We are excited to announce that, with the help of our CBA families, we will be raising money to go to the Foster Love foundation to help support children in foster care. This will take place throughout the month of July so be on the lookout for more information coming soon!
As a reminder, on Wednesdays throughout the month we will be having water play days. Please send your child in with their bathing suit, cover up, and closed toe shoes on and pack their change of clothes. We also encourage you to check your child’s cubby daily for any items that may need to go home and so that you can be aware of when their cubby box needs a restock.
As always, we appreciate your continued support. We hope this month is filled with health and happiness for each and every one of you and your families!
Sincerely,
Kristie Salmon
