A Note From Our Principal
April was a busy month! We had such a wonderful time celebrating Week of the Young Child and Earth Day! Our students learned all about the lifecycle of ladybugs and ways to keep the Earth clean. As we move into May, we are looking forward to celebrating our teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week and planning for a fun-filled summer!
Teacher Appreciation Week
Please join us in celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week (May 2-6). Our enthusiastic and caring teachers make learning fun every day for our students. We will send more information via Links 2 Home soon.
Pre-K/Kindergarten Celebrations
We will celebrate the accomplishments of our Pre-K and Kindergarten students on June3. Your child’s teacher will be sending more information home soon.
Our students love spending time outdoors and we want to make sure we take ample advantage of the nice weather. Please make sure to refresh the spare clothing in your child’s cubby. Take home anything that no longer fits and leave a spare set of well-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes.

The health and safety of our children and families is always our highest priority. To mitigate the risks of COVID-19 while children are in our care, we have adopted additional health and safety measures based on CDC guidelines, state and local regulations, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our school does not follow the local elementary school schedule as we are open more days each year. For the 2022-2023 school year the days we are closed are:

Links 2 Home App Usage
We know that summer is a busy time for our families, and want to communicate school happenings as clearly as possible to ensure that no one is left out. Daily reports are sent via email each day, but our Links 2 Home app keeps all school communications in one place and is always accessible. The app also allows to you communicate absences to your child’s teacher, leave drop-off notes, and read teacher and administrative notes in detail.
If you’re not a current app user, we encourage you to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app today. You will need to login with the email address you use for Alma. Please let us know if you have issues logging into Links 2 Home!
