Fall is in full swing and our students are enjoying the outdoor time, seeing the changes beginning in nature all around us, and fun seasonal curriculum activities. We are planning a few fun fall themed activities for our students this month and are excited to share photos with you all through Links 2 Home.

Fall Festival Events
This year we are expanding our Fall Festival to extend the full last week of October!
Monday, October 25th: Oktoberfest Day!
The children will create Pretzel Necklaces
Tuesday, October 26th: Pumpkin Day!
Pumpkin painting and decorating will take place in our classrooms!
Wednesday, October 27th: Apple Day!
The children will explore apples and enjoy a special treat!
Thursday, October 28th: Sensory Surprise Day!
Slimes & Doughs – Oh my!
Friday, October 29th: Freaky Friday!
Costume Day – See details below!
Halloween Celebration
We will be celebrating Halloween with our own version of a Halloween Costume Party and Trick-or-Treating on Friday, October 29th. We invite all children to wear their costumes to school! The Toddlers through Kindergarten will Parade and “trick or treat” in our Playground areas and be able to collect age appropriate goodies along the way!
We know that families and staff typically look forward to our Halloween Parade and celebrations as a way to come together as a school community and give our families an opportunity to get to know each other and make connections here ate Chesterbrook Academy! This year, again. will be different, and we are determined to continue to make connection and help our families feel connected! While we cannot invite families into our school and classrooms, we will be sharing extra photos with you through Links 2 Home. Thank you for your positivity and flexibility!
