Dear Families,
As you know, we are still currently closed. We miss each of our families and cannot wait until we return. Thank you for all of the updates, pictures, and messages that we have received. It’s been great staying in touch with everyone!
Over the past month we have been engaged in our distance learning program with our students. This has included daily zoom calls, videos, virtual readings, & fun interactive activities with our distance learners. It is great to see our student’s faces each day and to allow them to connect with their friends. If you have not yet signed up for distance learning at this point, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we can get you set up immediately or answer any questions that you may have. Our distance learning program is easy to follow, is based on our curriculum, and creates a detailed plan for engaging your child each day of the week.
Next week is teacher appreciation week and we are celebrating all of the teachers out there! We wanted to say a special thank you to our teachers for all of the love and compassion that they bring to their classrooms each day. “Teachers encourage minds to think, hands to create, and hearts to love.”
We also want to wish all of the mothers/mother figures a very HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! Thank you for all that you do to help shape the lives of your children each day!
As most of you know, we were scheduled to have our Pre-K graduation on May 15th. Due to current circumstances, we are unable to hold graduation on that date. We have rescheduled graduation for July 17th and will re-evaluate when the date gets closer.
During this time, we continue to welcome all pictures of our students and the fun things that they are doing at home! Thank you for the love and support you’ve shown us during this time. We will reach out to each one of you when it’s time to return to school. In the meantime, please stay healthy, be safe, and we will see you soon!
With Friendly Greetings,
Ms. Chandrea
Mrs. Lindsey
