Dear Chesterbrook Families,
With the new year upon us, we wanted to let you know that we are beyond grateful for being able to spend each day with your child (ren). Your love and support mean the world to us. All the holiday cards, kind words, hugs, and gifts that we’ve received over the past few weeks have meant so much to us. We wish each one of you a safe, happy, and healthy new year!
There are a couple of important dates to remember this month. We will be closed on New Years Day. On January 24th we will celebrate National Compliment Day and we will wear CBA shirts. We have CBA logo wear available on our site at https://denvercb621.qbstores.com! If you place your order by the 3rd, your items will arrive by the 17th. Please check out our monthly calendar for all events.
Although it feels a bit more like Spring, Winter weather is sure to be here soon. Unless temperatures drop below freezing, we will be taking our students outside for play time, twice daily, so please make sure your child comes to school with a jacket, hat, and gloves daily. Also, make sure that you check your child’s cubby to be sure that they have at least two weather appropriate changes of clothes and an extra pair of shoes.
Our teachers are very busy using our curriculum to plan exciting new activities for their students to do in the new year. We look forward to 2020 and all that it has in store for our school and families.!
With Friendly Greetings,
Mrs. Lindsey DeLair
Mrs. Kristie Salmon
