From the Desk of the Principal:
Dear Parents:
Summer is at full bloom at Chesterbrook Academy! We were busy in July cooking, enjoying splash days,
petting animals at Quiver Farm Visit and so much more!
The month of August bring a lot of exciting in-house events and fun activities including our End of Summer Parties!
To insure our summer continues to be a success, we need your help:
- Please apply sunscreen to your child in the morning, before coming to school. The teachers will reapply it in the afternoon, before going outside.
- Please send in water shoes on splash days. The children will wear these shoes during splash day and then change back into their sneakers after they are done splashing.
- Please be sure you take your child’s splash clothes home the day they splash.
If we all work together, we can insure the children have a fantastic summer!!!! All events for August, will be posted on the calendars you receive from your child’s teacher. Special in-house events are also posted on the calendar section of our website.
Before you know it, the school year will be here! You will also be receiving a letter of transition this month. This letter will let you know who your child(ren’s) teachers will be and what class they will be going to. It will also let you know what days we will have transition.
Reminder: ***School will be closed for Labor Day on September 2nd.****
As always, we are honored that you have chosen our school to take care of your children!
