June was a month filled with many exciting accomplishments! As we ended a wonderful school year, we had a great celebration to honor our PreK2 graduates. It was evident that they are more than prepared to enter kindergarten. As some have already departed our school, know that you will always have a place to visit. We appreciate any family referrals in the future to our school, and know that if you are a current family, you receive a free week of tuition when you refer a new family!
We also celebrated our special men in our lives with an ice cream sundae party! Check out the photos on the television screen in the lobby. Thank you to everyone that attended!
Summer is well underway and we are having a blast at Chesterbrook Academy! Students have enjoyed guests such as Judy Tudy, Science Explorers, The Ice Cream Truck, and Jitterbugs. The students are enjoying their water play days in the sprinklers too! Travel Camp went on their first field trip of the summer to Herr’s Potato Chip Factory and Nottingham County Park. They also visited the Lancaster Barnstormers Baseball Team at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster. Students will participate in patriotic activities and a picnic lunch on July 3rd.
Enjoying a summer trip out of town? Be sure to notify us of your intentions so that schedules and billing can be properly reflected. Using your vacation week credit? Be sure to notify us of that as well. There are forms available at the front desk. Only one week of credit can be granted during a school year which runs from July 1 to June 30.
Just a reminder that we are closed Wednesday, July 4th!
