Dear Chesterbrook Families,
We had a wonderful month with our students and families in February and can’t wait to see what the next season holds for us. We especially love the spring and summer months because they allow us to spend extra time outside with our students. Our teachers are busy coming up with ways to take their lessons outside as weather permits. Don’t forget that Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday, March 11th!
We are kicking off the new month by celebrating a love of literacy with Dr. Seuss. We will explore the wonder and awe of this cherished children’s author, and sail into our next adventure with Early Bird Priority Registration on Monday, March 5th-Friday, March 16th. Stay tuned for further details coming soon!
Our next Open House and Kindergarten Parent Workshop is coming up for parents of children who will become Kindergarten-age eligible for the upcoming school years. The Parent Workshop will take place on Saturday, March 17th from 10:00am-1:00pm. Please RSVP to Pam or Heather, and feel free to share with interested families who may be looking for a Kindergarten or preschool program. Kindergarten Priority Registration information is available too! And, stay tuned for Early Bird Registration in the weeks ahead for all families.
We are also making preparations now for Summer Camp! It’s not too early to reserve your space for our summer program! More details will be coming home with Early Bird Registration in the upcoming weeks. As a reminder, we do offer a Parent Referral discount for referring families. Please inquire for further details. Many thanks to all of our families that have and continue to refer their friends and families to us for the early childhood education and care needs. You are an invaluable lifeline to our school and we greatly appreciate your commendations!
As our annual licensing inspection approaches, we will be circling around with families for any outstanding paperwork that may need to be updated. Please check your child’s mailbox daily for communications and paperwork being sent home. It is imperative that we maintain our records to ensure we not only meet but exceed the state requirements. Thank you to all of our families for their cooperation!
