Message from the Principal
November is one of my favorite months. It truly makes us slow down and think deeply about ourselves, our lives, and all the good that surrounds us. I would like to take a moment to express a few things that I am thankful for. I am thankful for you and your children. You give me the opportunity to watch your children grow and there really isn’t a better job, and the children they give me a smile each and every day, an innocent smile, a genuine smile, one that comes from true happiness. Those types of smiles are abundant in children but don’t always come as easily for us adults. I love having a daily reminder of where we all started!!
I have to start by saying THANK YOU to everyone for making our Halloween Parade a huge success! This year went so smooth- keep an eye out for a survey from the office about the parade, we value your feedback!
Please note two important school closures for the month of November. Friday, November 10th school is closed so our staff can attend our first of two all day Professional Development training’s (the second will occur in February). The second day we are closed is Thursday, November 23rd for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Please note, that we are open the following day. Many of you have given me your child’s schedule for that week already, thank you!!
Just a reminder that we still have several children without their paperwork stating that they have received their seasonal flu shot. Please turn this paperwork in as soon as you can. We will have a visit from the New Jersey State Health Department that will audit our files to make sure that children have received their proper immunizations.
We have a lot going on this month, so be sure to check out the Important Dates below. You can obtain hard copies of the calendars at the front desk area.
Reminder: tuition is due on Friday for the following week. Tuition is considered late if not received by noon on Monday. To avoid receiving a late fee please stop by for an ACH form where you can participate in our automatic payment system.
As always, if you have any questions, comments, concerns please feel free to stop by the office!
Thanks,
Lauren and Michele
