The thermometer keeps ticking up, which can only mean one thing… summer is definitely on the way! May was quite a busy month…Teacher Appreciation Week was a success! The teachers enjoyed and loved all of their flowers, cards, and treats from your wonderful children! We are sincerely grateful to our teachers, and we want to make sure we thank them accordingly! We held a free vision screening for all children on Wednesday, May 3. If you have not received your child’s vision test results, please let us know. We hope all of our mothers had a wonderful Mother’s Day and enjoyed muffins and OJ on their way to work the following Monday. We held an Open House for prospective families on Tuesday, May 9 from 5 to 7 pm, and hosted an art gallery with art made by our students! We hope everyone has enjoyed seeing the art in the halls! Our Daisy Dance recital was on Monday, May 22 at 9:30 am and 10:15 am, and we hope our Daisy Dance parents enjoyed the recital! Our Shining Stars class presented “The Three Billy Goats Gruff” on Tuesday, May 23, and they did a wonderful job! Finally, we hope everyone had a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend.
June will also be another busy month with all summer camp activities starting up. Monday, June 12 marks for the first day of our Elementary and Preschool Summer Camp activities! In order to participate in the summer camp activities, there is an activity fee due according to which program your child is in. Summer Camp Activity Fees are due on is due Wednesday, June 21.
Wednesday, June 14 is Flag Day, a day commemorating the adoption of the flag of the United States of America. Sunday, June 18 is Father’s Day, and we hope that all our Dads have a fun and relaxing Father’s Day. On Monday, June 19, we will have Donuts for Dads, and we hope all of our Dads can join us for donuts and OJ when dropping off the children here. We will have to-go bags ready in case you would like to get it to-go! Wednesday, June 21 is also the first OFFICIAL day of summer, even though it seems like it is already here. Finally, Links to Learning folders will go home on the last day of June, Friday, June 30.

Summer Camp Activity Fee Information
It’s getting to be that time of year again! Summer Camp is here, which means that camp activity fees are due! We want to make sure your child can participate in our fun summer activities. This fee will cover ALL activities for the summer. Some of the activities the children will be participating in include Mad Science class experiments, Zootastic Animals, Water Play Days, Chocolate Bar in a Car, Kona Ice Days, and much more! Our elementary summer camp is also underway! The activity fee differs according to age groups. Listed below are the activity fees based on the age of your child(ren):
Beginners FT: $60 MWF: $45 T-Th: $35
Intermediates FT: $75 MWF: $55 T-Th:$45
PreK (1 & 2) FT: $100 MWF: $75 T-Th: $60
Elementary $125
Please make sure to turn in the appropriate Summer Camp Activity Fee by Wednesday, June 21 so that your child can participate in activities through the summer.
