The Comprehensive Testing Program (CTP) is a summative assessment for students in Grades 1-11 covering reading, listening, vocabulary, writing, mathematics, and science. Every Spring, Chesterbrook Academy students participate in CTP testing to provide greater insight into each student’s academic growth, assessing attained knowledge alongside reasoning. This year, Chesterbrook Academy Preschool and Elementary School had the highest CTP score increase amongst all Spring Education Group schools in the entire region! How do we see such amazing growth in our students year over year? It’s through our innovative approaches to learning and our focus on creating an environment where students thrive!
Small Group Learning allows students work together in groups, helping each other think critically, master course concepts, and apply them to real-world situations!
Teacher Assistants and Support Staff partner with classroom teachers to enhance the learning experience of students by working closely with teachers to facilitate small group instruction and fun educational activities!
Differentiated instruction and assignments allow us to use different avenues to learning with each student, while all in the same classroom!
