A Note from Our Principal
February was a busy month full of wintry weather! We are ready to welcome March and hopefully more lamb than lion days! In anticipation of spring, our teachers are busy planning meaningful learning activities that will help students gain an appreciation for the changing seasons!
As always, it is an honor to work with and watch your children grow. Thank you for choosing our school for your family.
Sincerely,
Lisa Delaney
Principal

Read Across America
We are excited to celebrate “Read Across America” the week of March 1st!
“Read Across America” is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually the first week of March. Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers participate by bringing together children and books, and you can too!
We will be celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 2nd to kick off the “Read Across America”. Throughout the day, each class will be celebrating by participating in a variety of Dr. Seuss themed activities. While we are unable to invite families into the school to read with the children, this year we are excited to have a Read-A-Thon instead.
Families are encouraged to read together with your children and record you reading on our Reading Log. We can’t wait to see all the books you are reading together!
