Summer has come to an end and another school year is upon us. We’d like to extend a warm welcome to our new
families, and a sincere thank you to returning families and those that chose to spend their summer with us. Thank you all for your continued support and trust. We are committed to providing your children with the best educational opportunities possible and look forward to everything the 2020-2021 school year has in store for us. Please review the reminders below carefully so we can make the most of our time together over the next few months. As always, our administrative team is here to answer any questions you may have.

Links 2 Home App Usage
We know that summer is a busy time for our families, and want to communicate school happenings as clearly as possible to ensure that no one is left out. Daily reports are sent via email each day, but our Links 2 Home app keeps all school communications in one place and is always accessible. The app also allows to you communicate absences to your child’s teacher, leave drop-off notes, and read teacher and administrative notes in detail.
If you’re not a current app user, we encourage you to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app today. You will need to login with the email address you use for Alma. Please let us know if you have issues logging into Links 2 Home!
2020-2021 Holidays
Our school does not follow the local elementary school schedule as we are open more days each year. For the 2020-2021 school year the days we are closed are:

Automatic Draft Program and Alma Parent Portal
“CHECK” IT OUT… No checks necessary! Enroll in our Automatic Payment Program and never write another check for your monthly tuition or pay another late payment. Tuition can be automatically deducted from your checking account. You can find more information about the ACH program here in the office. Also, let us know if you would like more info on Alma, our online parent portal. You can pay online, generate financial statements, and change your authorized pick-up list. Let us sign you up today!
Chesterbrook Academy Parent Referral Program
If there’s one thing parents love to do, it’s talk about their children’s successes. When friends ask you about your child’s experiences at Chesterbrook Academy, what type of success stories do you share? Do you mention the personal and educational discoveries your child is making thanks to our advanced curriculum? Do you talk about the new levels of self and social confidence your child has gained thanks to our encouraging atmosphere? Whatever glowing reports you deliver about how your child is growing with his or her education, we couldn’t be more appreciative. In fact, we’d like to show you just how thankful we are for your endorsements. Now when you tell other parents about our school, you can become a Chesterbrook Academy Ambassador.
For every new child you refer who enrolls at our school for three months, you’ll receive one FREE week of tuition for your child.
