A Note from Our Principal
Fall is in full swing and our students are enjoying the extra outdoor time, nature walks and seasonal curriculum activities. Last month our School-Age program kicked off another great year, and we are thrilled to have our older students with us at the end of each day.
Our soccer, dance and gymnastics and amazing athletes’ ancillary programs are also back up and running, and we are enjoying watching our students learn and grow in their extracurricular activities.
We will begin planning for our annual holiday giving community support initiative soon, so stay tuned for more information!
Sincerely,
Andrea Williams
Fall Cubby Refresh
Our teachers have many fun outdoor activities planned for our students this month. Please check your child’s cubby and ensure that their extra set of clothes is weather appropriate so that your child can participate in everything planned for their class.
Book Fair
Thank you for supporting our fall book fair. You helped us raise a little over $1500.00 which equates to $750.00 in books for the school. Thank you again for always supporting our children and School.
Your Opinion Matters!
Our parent survey is launching soon and we’d appreciate you spending a few minutes to take the survey. You will receive an invitation by email on 10/2. Please let us know if you do not receive it!
Pumpkin Decorating Contest
Students and teachers are hard at work coming up with ideas to decorate their classroom pumpkins. The pumpkins will be on display from October 21st-October 31st. Please cast a vote for your favorite pumpkin. The winning class gets a special fall treat!
Trunk or Treat!
We wanted to try something new this year so we decided to add a Trunk or Treat to our Fall Festival. We need volunteers to decorate the trunks of their cars for the event. The more the better!
We will have our costume parade around the building and around the parking lot on October 31st from 3:00-5:00. Your child’s teacher will let you know if anything specific is needed for their class party.
We need volunteers and lots of candy for this event so we’re asking for donations *Reminder No nuts.
We can’t wait to see all of our students in costumes!
Parent Date Night:
October 4th 7 pm – 9 pm
If you have signed up for this event and need to cancel please let us know otherwise we’ll provide pizza and fun activities for your little ones while you have use of this time to celebrate YOU.
Let us know if this is something you would like to have quarterly.
