Summer is in full swing and we are having a blast spending these days with your children. We hope that you all have time to relax this upcoming holiday and enjoy the many activities Philly has to offer to celebrate this historic day with your children.

Vacation Reminder / New Fee Schedule in Effect
Please let us know in advance if you are planning on using your vacation credit to ensure that your account is not charged incorrectly. Vacation credits are available after 6months of enrollment for 5 consecutive days of free tuition from July 1st 2019-June 30th 2020. After this time a new week will be issued. If you do not use your vacation credit during the fiscal year it does not roll over.
Our new fee schedule for the 2019-20 year begins July 1st. Please note the changes if you provide checks or money orders for payment. Otherwise, the amount will be reflected in your automatic tuition deduction on Tuesdays.
Splash Day Reminders
Splash Days planned for the month of July are on your child’s summer calendar. As a reminder, students should come to school in their swimsuit (with swim diaper where applicable) and with a towel and a change of dry clothes. Please apply sunscreen to your child before you drop them off. Pre-K and Kindergarten Campers need to disposable lunch on these days.
Summer Camp Reminders
Each school-age parent should have received a copy of our summer calendar listing all field trips and approximate departure and arrival times. Changes will be communicated through Links 2 Home.
On field trip days, campers should arrive at school PRIOR to bus departure at 9:30am with sunscreen already applied. Campers should have closed toed, comfortable shoes which are required for all field trips except those involving water.

July 3rd– Johnson’s Farm Trip for Pre-K and KG- Bus is leaving at 9:30AM- Please Pack a Brown Bag Lunch
July 4th—CLOSED FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY
July 11th– Crazy Hat Day- Wear a Crazy Hat to school- Add accessories, stuffed animals, etc. to make your hat crazy!
July 12th– Parents’ Breakfast in the Lobby- Grab coffee and breakfast to go today on us!
July 15th– Pirate Magic Show today for all campers
July 22nd– Phillies Pride Day- Wear your Phillies’ gear or colors to support our city’s team!
July 26th– Parents’ Night Out-6-9pm- sign up only!
July 30th– Quiver Farms Baby Chick Delivery
July 31st—Parent folders go home
