Dear Chesterbrook Families,
May was a fantastic month- which included our Mother’s Day events to celebrate all of our wonderful moms, grandmothers and aunts! June will be another event filled month with celebrations for dads, grandfathers and uncles and for our GRADS 🙂 who will celebrate all of their accomplishments from this year! Graduation is always a bittersweet celebration, whether we have had the opportunity to watch your child grow from an Infant/Young Toddler or just this year. We couldn’t be more proud of our graduates and can’t wait to hear of all the wonderful things you accomplish in the future!
After graduation, we start summer camp!!! Camp will be filled with tons of fun for children of all ages. Each class will have a splash day (a favorite for all), special visitors (including a favorite Mad Science, Junior Sports, Fitness and more!) and field trips for older campers!
Here are some highlights of special days throughout the month of June:
June 5- PJ Day: Wear your favorite pajamas to school
June 14- Father’s Day at 9:30 or 3pm: Dads, Grandfathers, Uncles and any special person in your child’s life are invited to attend
June 18- Picnic Day: Children will have a picnic lunch
June 21- Pre-K Graduation
June 24- Summer Camp Begins
June 27- Sunglass Day: Wear your favorite shades to school!

Summer Cubby Clean-ups
Our students love spending time outdoors and we want to make sure we take ample advantage of the summer weather before it gets too hot. If your child is in the Toddler classroom and up, please make sure they have the following items in their cubby at all times:
- Labeled bottle of sunscreen. If you send the aerosol kind, please send an additional cream version for your child’s face. Sunscreen permission forms are located at the front desk. Sunscreen and permission forms can be given directly to your child’s teacher.
- Reusable water bottle with your child’s name on it. Please take water bottles home atleast weekly in order to wash thoroughly. We can rinse them at CBA, but do not wash them out.
- Summer appropriate change of clothes (at least 2 full sets of clothing please).
