Can you believe that it is almost May! Our April was jammed packed with activities! In the begging of April we celebrated and participated in the Week of the Young Child. WOYC is a five fun-filled, themed days to celebrate our youngest learners. On Artsy Thursday the students learned about different artist from around the world, and one local artist named Simon Bell, who was the chosen artist for the National Cherry Blossom art work.
To celebrate earth day we released around 10,000 Lady Bugs onto our playgrounds. The children enjoyed interacting with the Lady Bugs and moving them into the grass and trees.
