It’s already December! Where has this year gone? There is so much to do this month of December and we want to keep you informed as much as possible. Please note the upcoming events included in our activity calendar! Happy Holidays to all!
Inclement Weather Reminders
We do not always follow the closure schedule of the local public schools because we don’t have to contend with the same transportation issues as public schools. Our goal is to be open as many days as possible to support our working parents. If we must close because our teachers cannot safely get to work, you will receive a notification via Tadpoles and Txt Msg as soon as the closure is announced. We also post notifications on NBC and ABC news stations.
Scholastic Book Fair
December 3-7th- Scholastic Book Fair in our Lobby What better gift than a book?! Join us this week to purchase items from Scholastic in our lobby. All monies earned gain our school points to redeem new literacy items for all ages. Purchases can be made by cash, credit cards, or checks made to Chesterbrook. Payment cannot be made through your tuition. Please take the time to also donate to your child’s classroom through each classroom’s “Wish List”. On the wish list you will find books that your child’s teacher has requested for the classroom. The Book Fair is open throughout the day, purchases can be made at the front desk.
