Message from the Principal
Welcome fall! September was a very successful month and I can’t wait to see what October will bring us! It is truly one of my favorite months…football, pumpkins, sweaters, Halloween. The list could go on but I think I’ve made my point. I’m looking forward to all of the outdoor learning that takes place in the fall and I know many of the teachers have some special hands-on activities planned to utilize all of our beautiful outdoor space. Please see below for some important reminders and dates for the month of October.
Parent Referral Program
Did you know you could save some money just by referring our school to other parents?? We have a program here where you could earn a free week of tuition if you refer a family/child to our school and they enroll their child full time. If they enroll with a part time schedule you will earn $100.00 off of a weekly tuition. Word of mouth is the best way to gain more families and build our Chesterbrook Community!
Trunk or Treat
We will be holding our trunk or treat event again this year on Friday, 10/26. We sent out a notice with details. There will be a sign-up sheet up at the front desk for families that are wishing to participate with their vehicles. Please keep in mind that spaces will be limited.
Principals Conference
The annual principals conference will take place Monday-Thursday 10/22 through 10/25. I will be out of the office for those 4 days with limited access to email. Gab will be here to help answer any questions you may have an ensure that the school will continue to run as normal.
Security Reminders
PLEASE make sure you are checking your child in and out every day. Anyone who is authorized to pick up/drop off should have their own code. If you do not have a code set up yet please come see me.
October is going to be a busy month! You can click below to access the October calendars electronically. You can also obtain a hard copy at the front desk.
Events Menu
Reminder: tuition is due on Friday for the following week. Tuition is considered late if not received by noon on Monday. To avoid receiving a late fee please stop by for an ACH form where you can participate in our automatic payment system.
As always, if you have any questions, comments, concerns or just a good story please feel free to stop by!
Thanks,
Susan and Gab
