Message from the Principal
A warm welcome to all of our new students and a welcome back to all of our summer break students! Our teachers have been working hard all summer to ensure that this is a productive and fun year for each of our classrooms. To ensure that everyone is off to a great start, I’ve included some important reminders below.
Holiday Closures
Our school does not follow the local elementary school schedule as we are open more days each year. For the 2018-2019 school year the days we are closed are:
- Labor Day
- Veteran’s Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- President’s Day
- Independence Day
You can access our school year calendar under the parents section on our school website.
Links 2 Home
If you’re not currently receiving photos and daily reports for your child you can easily change this by downloading the Links 2 Home app on your phone. Just type ‘Links 2 Home’ in the search bar for the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading Links 2 Home you can register with the same email address that you used to enroll your child in our school.
Security Reminders
PLEASE make sure you are checking your child in and out every day. Anyone who is authorized to pick up/drop off should have their own code. If you do not have a code set up yet please come see me.
Ancillaries
There is a table located by the front desk with our ancillary offerings for the school year. Each ancillary activity is $14/week and can be added to your weekly tuition. Please stop by the table if interested.
September is going to be a busy month! You can click below to access the September calendars electronically. You can also obtain a hard copy at the front desk.
Events Menu
Reminder: tuition is due on Friday for the following week. Tuition is considered late if not received by noon on Monday. To avoid receiving a late fee please stop by for an ACH form where you can participate in our automatic payment system.
As always, if you have any questions, comments, concerns or just a good story please feel free to stop by!
Thanks,
Susan
