Dear Chesterbrook Families,
Happy New Year to each and every one of you!! We are so grateful to have been a part of your family’s life for another year. We truly cannot express how much we appreciate you trusting us to care for, love, and educate your children every day. We know that 2018 has a ton of amazing things in store for our school, staff, and students!
We have created some new bulletin boards in our hallways that showcase our amazing staff. Be sure to check them out and learn a little bit more about your child’s teacher. You may also notice that we have added a Links to Learning educational display by the front desk. This will tell you more about each link in our curriculum and you’ll a
lso get to see our curriculum in action!
During the week of January 15th we will be kicking off our ever so popular Little Caesar’s Fundraiser. Order forms will be due back no later than January 29th. We will be expecting the orders to come back during the month of February.
With January came cool winter days. Please remember that on most days, we will still be taking our students out to play. This may be for a shortened period of time; however, it is very important that your child comes to school prepared to play outside. Please make sure that there is a hat, pair of gloves, & jacket available for them each day. You are more than welcome to leave these items at school.
As a reminder, in the event of inclement weather, you will be notified via text message. You will also be able to check our website for information, along with
the voicemail recording on our phone line. Closings and delays will also be on your local new stations.
We look forward to starting a new year with you and, as always, we appreciate all that you do. Thank you for be such amazing and supportive families!
With friendly greetings,
