Message from the Principal
December is here! It came without warning…(or at least that is how I feel). Lets face it, December can be stressful. It can also be magical! We have so many special family traditions and gatherings to celebrate. I am really looking forward to hearing about all of your families traditions from the children. It is a special month for the children to teach each other about family diversity and how we are all the same and yet very different.
I wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to our Toys for Tots Drive. We have filled two large boxes with many wonderful gifts for children who may not otherwise receive a special gift. As always, your generosity amazes me and is greatly appreciated!
We are having a Family Holiday Dinner on Tuesday, December 5th from 6pm-7:30pm. We’ll break bread together and we will have some crafts set up for the children including decorate your own sugar cookie! (Adults can feel free to decorate their own cookie too, because who doesn’t love a good sugar cookie?) Also, the children will be putting on a Holiday Show Friday, December 15th at 4pm. We hope to see you there! School is closed Monday, December 25th but will be open the remainder of the week. I will send out a separate email requesting your child’s schedule that week for staffing purposes. Much like we did for the Thanksgiving break.
We have a lot going on this month, so be sure to check out the Important Dates below. You can obtain hard copies of the calendars at the front desk or click below to access them electronically.
Menu Events
Reminder: tuition is due on Friday for the following week. Tuition is considered late if not received by noon on Monday. To avoid receiving a late fee please stop by for an ACH form where you can participate in our automatic payment system.
As always, if you have any questions, comments, concerns or just a good story please feel free to stop by!
Thanks,
Susan and Sue
