October was a wonderful month here at Chesterbrook of West Chester. We enjoyed the final harvest from our garden and eating the last tomato crop. We can’t wait until it is planting season again. We had a very successful picture day where our children all looked their best and packed a smile.
We closed out the month with our best Halloween parade ever. All the children were so happy and the support and attendance of families was amazing.
I hope everyone has had a chance to meet and welcome the new faces at our school. We are cultivating a wonderful new group of teachers to enhance and balance our seasoned staff. Please be sure to pick up a staff bio sheet from the front desk.
In November we will have a visit from Nature Jack to share some fun new adventures in science. We will continue with Soccer, Dance, Yoga and Makin Music as our featured special programs. We will celebrate friendship and thanks this month. Our children will enjoy a special lunch on November 23 including a turkey feast and sweet potato tots!
