Greetings, Chesterbrook Parents!
March is the BUSIEST month for our preschool. We have so much going on this month, it’s easy to feel like something might fall off the plate. In an effort to keep us all on the same page, I wanted to outline our events and deadlines:
- Early Bird Registration starts today, March 7th. All currently enrolled families can register for next school year and get half off their registration. Packets are going home today. The deadline for priority registration is Friday, March 24th.
- Ever heard of Butter Braid? To know it is to (YUM!) love it! We are selling Butter Braid breakfast pastries until Tuesday, March 14th. These pastries arrive frozen, thaw and rise overnight, and bake up to be a perfect partner for your morning coffee! Order today!
- We are hosting an Open House on Saturday, March 18th from 10 am- 1 pm. This event is for prospective families to visit our building and find out more about our preschool. Remember, if you refer a family and they start—you receive a free week of tuition as a referral bonus.
- All our Art to Remember masterpieces have been finished! This is your chance to order a fun item with your child’s original artwork imprinted on it. Order mugs, note cards, ornaments, tote bags, mouse pads, etc. Great for Mother’s Day gifts! Place your orders no later than March 27th.
- Spring Break for District 202 and 204 falls the week of March 27th. We are open regular business hours that week, and have lots of fun activities planned for our school-agers. Many of you take time off this week as well. Please sign up with your child’s teacher and let us know what days your child will attend that week. We have several teachers who would like to reduce their hours that week as well, and this info will help us create a staff plan for this busy week.
- Summer Camp is right around the corner! Brochures and calendars will be available by April 1st, so keep a look out for another fun summer adventure!
I think that’s it! Whew! Told you we were busy. Please reach out with any questions, and have a great month!
