When the snow keeps us inside, we bring a little of the outdoors in! Our babies had so much fun playing with snow from outside, and exploring winter-themed sensory items (snowflakes and soft, winter-colored poms-poms).
Our older children have been using their imaginations in our Dramatic Play center. It is currently set up as an airport, complete with an imaginary airplane, and they are going on fabulous trips! They enjoy taking turns at the ticket counter, flying the plane, and being passengers.
