From The Desk Of The Principal:
Dear Parents,
We have made it through most of the Holiday season and we are well on our way into another exciting school year! 2016 open may doors for exploring new things in the life of you little one. We learned about different cultures Holidays and traditions. The children had the opportunity to taste various treats and listen to music from all over the world!
We started a new dance class at school and the children have begun practice their moves with tap, ballet, and hip-hop! They have been exposed to various types of music and having lots of fun in the process. We are very excited to work towards the possibility of a recital.
As the weather continues to change be sure your child comes to school with a jacket, hat and mittens. We will continue to head outdoors as long as there is no precipitation and the temperature remains at 25 or above. Check his/her cubby space for proper clothing in the event of a minor mishap including socks.
Please don’t forget that we have several methods of sharing if we need to adjust our hours of operation as a school for weather conditions. Below I have included the list for your convenience:
- Watch Channel 6 ABC news.
- Check your e-mail.
- Check the school website.
- Call the school. Our voicemail message is updated with any changes to our schedule.
Please remember that the decision to alter the hours of our school is made by upper management. As soon as we are informed about any changes we will start making all the necessary postings and notifications. We understand that you need to make arrangements in the event that plans change. Please bear with us on these days; it is our utmost priority and goal to ensure the safety of our staff and families.
Fondly,
Tracy Anderson
