December is upon us, and with it starts the season of giving.  Chesterbrook will be conducting a pajama charity taking place from December 1^st– 14^th.  If you would like to participate and donate a pair of new pajamas for children in need, please place in the donation box in the lobby.  We will also be having a Parent’s Night Out on December 8^th from 6-9pm.  If you would like to sign your child(ren) up, please see the front desk.  We want to wish everyone a happy holiday season and thank you all for sharing your families with us!

Just some reminders:

• Illness policy… If your child is sent home with a fever, or due to vomiting or diarrhea they must be 24 hours symptom and medication free before returning to school.
• Spare clothing: With the weather being unpredictable, please be sure your child(ren) have a spare set of seasonally appropriate clothes in their cubby.
• Physicals: If your child has a well checkup coming up please ask us for a physical form.  We need updated physicals and immunization records yearly.
• Forms: All paperwork must be filled out every 6 months.
• Tuition must at the very least, be paid weekly.  Tuition must be received the Friday prior to the week you are paying for.  Late fees will be issued to those with outstanding balances every Wednesday.
• Free week tuition: Did you know if you refer a family to us, upon enrollment and after three months you will receive a free week of tuition or discounted tuition!
• For closings due to weather, please check 6ABC and look for Chesterbrook Academy-Newtown.
