Can you believe it is October already?! So far the school year has been off to a fabulous start!! With the arrival of fall, comes the arrival of so many fantastic activities and events here at CBA!! It is absolutely our favorite time of year, and we have so many fun things planned. Please be sure to update your email with the front desk to ensure you are receiving communications regarding any important information about the upcoming events. As in years past, we will be having our annual Halloween parade followed by parties at 3pm. The parade will begin promptly at 3pm. Cross your fingers for great weather!!
**Please make sure your child(ren)’s cubbies have appropriate extra clothes and are free of loose snacks. Snacks must be in containers/lunch bags.
Just some reminders:
- Illness policy… If your child is sent home with a fever, or due to vomiting or diarrhea they must be 24 hours symptom and medication free before returning to school.
- Spare clothing: With the weather being unpredictable, please be sure your child(ren) have a spare set of seasonally appropriate clothes in their cubby.
- Physicals: If your child has a well checkup coming up please ask us for a physical form. We need updated physicals and immunization records yearly.
- Forms: All paperwork must be filled out every 6 months.
- Tuition must at the very least, be paid weekly. Tuition must be received the Friday prior to the week you are paying for. Late fees will be issued to those with outstanding balances every Wednesday.
- Free week tuition: Did you know if you refer a family to us, upon enrollment and after three months you will receive a free week of tuition or discounted tuition!
- For closings due to weather, please check 6ABC and look for Chesterbrook Academy-Newtown.

Tuition is due: 10/7 and 10/21 – Please make sure your payment is received in time in order to avoid late payment charges that are automatically applied to your account on Wednesdays at 12:00.
