Dear Chesterbrook Academy Families,
It’s hard to believe that there are only four weeks left of summer. Our students have had a blast during these past six weeks making life long friendships during all of our fun summer camp activities. While we enjoy these hot days of summer, please check with your teachers to make sure your child has enough sunscreen, bug spray, and appropriate summer clothing.
Super Fan Fundraiser
We are excited to be having a new fundraiser that offers great, durable and well-known products for you. You will be receiving a catalog that includes Tervis cups, mugs, fan clips, key chains, and so much more!
Orders are due back at school Friday August12th and online at: http://chesterbrook819.superfanfundraising.com. If you do order online, please bring in or email a copy of your order so your family can participate in our grand prize! The family with the highest sales will win a Super Fan Package
To show our appreciation for your support, we will be hosting a Parents Night Out August 19th from 6:30-9:00. Your children will enjoy themselves by having dinner with their friends & teachers and afterward change into their pajamas to watch a movie. Please sign up at the front office by August 15th, and enter our raffle for a FREE night out on us. The winner will be announced Thursday, August 18th.
Be on the lookout for your transition letters – which will detail your class assignments for the coming year (if transitioning). Please mark your calendar for our Back to School Night September 9th. This evening will be an informative one for all of our families and students – we want to provide you with LOTS of information on class logistics, and give you the opportunity to meet your child’s teachers.
As always, if you have any questions concerning summer camp, classroom transitions or any other issues – please let us know. We are always happy to help
Sincerely,
Christina Contaldi
