From the desk of the Principal:
Summer camp is getting into full swing. Our first camp visitor is Nature Jack scheduled for June 8. Please send your child in their camp shirt every Wednesday starting next week. Our PreK graduation for those going to Kindergarten is on June 10. Some children will be shifting classrooms on Monday, June 13. We have started our summer fun with building blocks on our playground. Hopefully you have seen some great pictures already.
We have many new teachers joining our Chesterbrook family this summer. We will be posting their information on the lobby bulletin board and will be sending emails about each teacher soon. As always please be sure to say hello if you see them in your child’s classroom. Many of them will be helping in various rooms before settling into a classroom to call home.
Some important reminders:
Please put sunblock on your child each morning before school. Bring in a spare bottle to keep at school. We will reapply sunblock before afternoon outside time.
Please review the sick and medication policy in your parent handbook. If you have any questions or do not have a current copy please let us know. We want to ensure everyone is aware and understands these important procedures for the safety of all our children and families.
Thanks for being here with us this summer. It promises to be a summer of memories for your child.
