Teachers and staff members of the new Evergreen Academy Montessori Preschool in Issaquah, Wash., will host a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, August 1 at 10:30 am for the community to tour the facility and meet school teachers and administration.
The Mayor of Issaquah, Ava Frisinger, and the Mayor of Sammamish, Tom Odell, will be on hand to provide remarks. The event will include music and refreshments. Members of the community are invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
In addition, the school will be hosting a Grand Opening Celebration and Open House on Saturday, Aug. 4 from 10 am to 1 pm for families to meet the school principal and teachers, explore classrooms and learn about Evergreen Academy’s signature Montessori Method. Light snacks and drinks will be provided for those who attend. In addition, the school will have face painting and a TumbleBus for children.
Evergreen Academy Montessori Preschool is part of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc., a national network of more than 180 nonsectarian private schools, including preschools, elementary schools and middle schools in 15 states across the country. The new Issaquah location is designed for preschool children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
